Ron was very quick to reply to my call. He was very knowledgable and a no nonsense kind of guy, shot straight with me. Because of his vast knowledge he was able to quote me over the phone immediately to give me a quick look at what my costs may be. He is very easy to talk to, friendly and clearly has extensive experience. His pricing is very competitive and honest.

This was an extreme case of wrinkles in a living room dining room and connected hallway. Unlike the typical looseness due to inadequate installation, this was due to carpet being cleaned with a rug doctor and having been left so wet that it softened the backing. I ended up removing about 4 inches from the living room dining room area. That's a lot! This was a 2 bedroom townhouse upstairs rental unit with a 5 year old short weave berber carpet that was loose & wrinkled and pretty heavily soiled in all the rooms, especially the hallway. Because of the setup I had to make a seam in the hallway (which didn't show). Some of the tack strips were coming up & needed to be reconnected to the subfloor.
