Ron did a carpet repair that required a lot of skill, piecing with only thin carpet strips. When he finished, his work was almost invisable! He also did other carpet repairs, stretched carpeting, and steam cleaned. We can't praise him enough -- reliable, skilled, hard-working, & reasonable for his skills.

Very professional and friendly customer service. Ron was able to remove some very tough stains that we had tried everything in the world to remove them. By stretching and cleaning our carpets look new again after 15 years. Allow plenty of time for the carpets to dry. Our took between 1 to 2 days .

even though this client was still happy enough with my work to give me a 5 star rating, It shouldn't take that long for carpets to dry after my steam cleaning. Shortly after hearing about this I discovered some needed maintenance on my equipment that caused my equipment to spray more moisture than normal. Typically, when I'm doing a large clean that takes 3 or 4 hours, as I'm finishing up, the rooms I did first are barely damp. So expected drying time is 4 or 5 hours with good ventilation. I had carpet re-stretched in a hallway. Ron did an excellent job, was totally professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
