Ron charges for his time and not by the square foot. He was very thorough. My job had a few complications to it and I wonder if a company which charges by the square foot as offered by other Home advisor companies would have cut some corners. He over charged me for the carpet repair but the next day when he came back to clean my carpet he brought that to my attention. You don't have to worry about Ron wasting time to increase his work time.

yes...a little embarrasing but when he said I overcharged it was a $30.00 math mistake that neither of us noticed at the time . Since I was going back to do more work for him the next day I was able to reimburse him by discounting what I charged on the second day. Sorry about that!
Ron was awesome! He came to my house with just one day's notice, showed up on time, and worked his butt off for about 3 hours. He pulled up the carpeting in 3 rooms, nailed down the squeaky sub-floor, then re-stretched the carpet. He did a great job. Ron is efficient, skilled, prompt and very professional. Call Ron - he'll gitter dun!

Ron restretched our carpet after the defunct MMM did a terrible job of laying it. It had ripples in all rooms. Now it looks brand new. Ron came in, did his analysis, and got to work--wasted no time.

Ron was brilliant with our crazy and complicated carpet repair! Five thresholds needed work due to our recent tile installation which made the carpeted areas in the doorways too low. He had to "undo" the repair attempts of two other contractors before he could make the perfect repairs. He arrived on time and worked for several hours (until almost 8 pm)! Everything is finally beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased!
