So glad he came. I had to reschedule and wasn't sure if he would show.
Ron was gracious and respectful. Easy to have in my home. A professional job was done on the carpeting. I am well pleased. I am definitely having him back to do shampooing and cleaning when the time comes.
Ron arrived quickly an repaired multiple torn up spots from my dogs. He used carpet from te closets to match and hid the seems and then replaced the carpet in the closet with a near identical carpet. An excellent performance on difficult carpet.

We hired Ron to stretch and clean our carpets. Ron was extremely knowledgeable and I felt comfortable trusting him with the project. He was also very accommodating with my time constraints. The results were beautiful! My carpeting looks like the day we got it! I will highly recommend Ron's Carpet Detail to any of my friends.
Ron not only patched 2 places in our carpet beautifully but he also cleaned the the rug through out the house. We were working under some time constraints and Ron made time for us on a Sat. and worked until the entire job was completed. We really appreciated Ron's care and work
I originally hired Ron to replace some worn and dirty carpet with new carpet that I had on hand. Ron thought that the problem might be better solved with cleaning to remove dirt/stains left from past cleaning. He did such a good job that we didn't have him splice in the newer carpet, which wouldn't have matched well. We were very impressed with Ron and his very knowledgeable advice.
Ron did a great job. Called when he was running early/late. Finished as promised and fixed and cleaned up everything well. I would recommend him.
Ron is professional and efficient. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. And he did exactly what he said he would do, with out trying to "up sell" me on something else. I would use him again.
