I used to love this dealer and the professionalism it had. I have bought my 2nd vehicle from them because of that ...HOWEVER, With this purchase I had written 2 checks.. this was agreed upon with this purchase. they were to hold the 2nd check for 2 weeks... They told me I had to date them both for the day of the purchase and they cashed it in 1 week.. WOW is all I can say .. my son bought a car from this Establishment, has not even made his first car payment, and it is in for repairs. had to pay $100 deductible, but I should be "grateful" because repairs were over $1000. my question is why a car needs to be repaired if just purchased. what type of future repairs is this car going to need. I will never buy anything from Ron Westphal again, and I will let everyone know what happened.

If you're purchasing a car I highly recommend Danny Cardinal he's very knowledgeable and honest. Secondly the service department is Awesome I take my Cruze in for regular oil changes and everyone is very friendly and professional. My Favorite service advisor is Kayla.
