RecommendedJoe Fosco the GM is a great human! Knows his stuff and will bend over backward to make you a great deal. Richard Graham is our salesman, we’ve bought multiple cars from him and he also makes it a very easy experience. The Service staff is friendly and efficient. The Finance team makes it easy to understand your options and speaks english , not accounting! The dealership is clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend my friends at Ron Westphal if you’re looking for a Chevy or a quality used car.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Bill, Ryan, and Joe were incredibly quick, straightforward, and efficient in getting us taken care of. Both my wife and I were treated well, presented with multiple options, and had all of our questions answered. And, Ryan’s final walkthrough of the vehicle before we left the lot was excellent. I highly recommend Ron Westphal Chevy.

Always a great experience with the service department. In and out quickly, honest, accommodating, and courteous.
I dropped in for an oil change and was able to catch up with some of the salesmen while my car was serviced. They treat you like family.
The service department needs to be trained in customer service, they treat people as if they do t appreciate and or value their business.
Excellent service and very informative
my son bought a brand new truck . it had mice inside the engine compartment. the truck has a ignition problem. he has taken it back in 4 times . in which they have denied responsibility for it .mice were in engine compartment when it was sitting on there lot before it eventually sold . The service manager Dave Kendrick has come up with multiple excuses. One saying we must live next to a Cell tower in which it is interfering with the trucks computer and electrical system.
