Came here to get an oil change. Service writer said it would be 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later and I'm still waiting for my truck.

In the last 2 years the service has gone from bad to worse, turned my rotors when they didnt need it, which caused them to warp, then expect me to pay for it, strip a lug nut when rotating the tires and I'm supposed to pay for it, set an appt to get recall work done and get there to be told, sorry dont have the part! Even when I have a simple oil change, the tires arent checked for air pressure, the seat has been adjusted for midgets, I would think they would take care of a car that was bought and maintained by this business... read more
