These people will tell you anything to make a sale. We bought two cars in one day and I was treated incredibly rudely by the manager Don. Both cars came with defects. He dodged my calls for weeks. When it came to fixing it he only fixed one(which was gm that covered it not the dealer) the other had broken wipers during the snow season which could've been potentially dangerous. I had never been so insulted by a "manager" when I told him I was going to write a review about how badly he was treating me he claimed word for word ... read more
Absolutely terrible customer service here. These people only want to take your money! Sold my family two cars that were rusted and they ignored our calls after the first time we confronted them. Terrible dealership.
Ron westphal chevy is the best service I have had :-) I would recommend this dealer to any one!!
Great experience. Sales team worked hard to work out a deal we were happy with and got us out the door in our new ride - literally - drove it right off the showroom floor. :-)
Ron Westphal is such a great place! People are friendly and the service department is awesome. I go there to get my oil change every 3 thousand miles and I am usually out in 30 minutes or less.
