Took my car in last week ( a scheduled appointment describing issue with theft system having issues), and It was not completed until Monday at 4:30 pm. Haven't really drove it to much since. But last night the alarm kept going off keys where not working. To shut the alarm off. I had to un plug the battery. I feel the customer service has not been great . Hard to get a hold of anyone and now I'm getting a text to bring it in on Tuesday. This is such bad service. I can't understand how they can treat a customer like this. 🤨
