I made an appointment in Friday at 8am to have new keys programmed to my car. Well on Wednesday we found the keys we had lost and went down to cancel the appointment and get the car, however, the service department had already done the work without our knowledge or permission. The guy said we couldn’t take the car without paying the bill because it’s in their permission and if we take it without paying then he’ll call the authorities. Not much to share. Had some problems in getting some parts. Ray kept me informed of the work going on. The repairs were first class work. Customer Service was great.

The buying process was perfect and I love my Equinox. However, I had called many, many times to get some information on one of their services and never could reach anyone. It was a total of six left messages AND an online chat. Absolutely rediculous. I’m still waiting on a call.
