The staff was friendly. Answered questions appropriately. A few down falls would be that the car was fairly dirty when we saw it. I did ask that they detail it before we took it. We did tell them we could come back to get truck later to give them time. I think they probably just felt rushed and the truck definitely was not thoroughly cleaned. The two gentleman at the desk that checked me in were extremely nice and informative. I had tried to take my car into a Chevrolet dealer closer to my home in Chehalis and they were so very rude and hung up on me. I will always come to your dealership where I bought my car. Thank you Terry

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Bought a 2013 Tacoma from them 2 weeks ago. It died the day after I got it off the lot. Basically, they are saying, "too bad." They have been ignoring my calls for some kind of resolution. Took it in because they were ignoring calls. The service manager looked at it and said it was the low-jack system attached to it.
