Worst service experience ever! Andy was not helpful. Only one other customer in there but you would have thought he was swamped by his reaction to my request for windshield wipers. Small thing... should have been simple for him, but I ended up leaving because he was so abrasive. My advice? Head south a bit and go to Advance Auto Parts. That's where I ended up. The guys behind the counter were pleasant... respectful... and even offered to go out in the ice covered parking lot and install the blades for me. Shame on you Andy..... read more
****BUYER BEWARE****I very, incredibly regret ever going into here the beginning of last year (Feb 26, 16 to be precise), I purchased a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu & it is the BIGGEST POS I've EVER purchased! Horrible customer service in the service department. Dropped my car off for check engine light diagnostic. They had it for 3 days. When I picked it up, the windshield was chipped and cracked. Right away I contacted them and spoke to Chris w. who had been helping me. He told me there was nothing he could do that night, it was around 5pm and I could come back the next day and he would look at it. My visit was awesome. Everyone I talked to or interacted with were so kind and helpful. They made sure I and my daughter were both comfortable and well taken care of. I didn't know car buying could be so pleasant. I wasn't pressured at all. Aside from being distracted by the finance manager because he looks a little like Channing Tatum (which made the visit that much better lol) I simply enjoyed my car buying experience and will recommend anyone to Ron Tonkin who might be looking to buy a car.
