Update 10-16-2015: Once again I was forced to being my vehicle here, and once again I am left feeling as though I'm being taken advantage of. I came in for a simple tire sensor and wound up spending $1000 on stuff I did not come in for and did not want. And while I did get the work done I needed, ever since it was done now the wheel in question squeaks whenever I drive which it never did before. Best part? Every time I have service done at this dealer, I'm disappointed in Chevy. The last time they left tools and parts in my driver side floor. Today, I was called at 3:15PM told my car was ready to go, but I've now been waiting 45 mins for my vehicle because they forgot to program my new key fobs they ordered for me. I wish they were professional, but sadly this isn't an adjective to describe their service team.
My 2005 Equinox was in need of a repair before I could make my trek back to Idaho. They were able to squeeze me in and get the job done in the same day so I could make it home. I had my 5 yr old son with me and they suggested we head to the zoo on MAX instead of spending the day in the waiting room. Friendly staff, positive experience. Would recommend to anyone seeking service for a Chevy vehicle in the Portland area.
