We arrived to see the car we’d booked to view was already driven out into the middle of the car park for us to see. Upon approaching it, we could see how dirty the bodywork was and when a member of staff gave me the key and said it was a good car he’d driven in himself, we opened the door as saw stains all over the seats and armrest. All staff here are very efficient, helpful and friendly
We purchased my son’s first car from Brent at Suzuki Mansfield. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. There was no pushy sell, the communication was spot on. The car itself was assessed and work carried out where required. I really can’t find a fault in the whole experience. From a mums viewpoint, Brent was brilliant! Can't fault Toyota cars but the service from the service department was diabolical.Too many issues to list but will go to another dealer for my next service.
John cooney at suzuki ron brooks was a massive help . Nothing was to much for him and made the process so easy in sorting the car out and wouldn't let it go till it was in perfect condition. After dealings with other car dealerships. It was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend and will be going back when time to get another vehicle.
