Amazing customer service from Marie & Paul in reception, they made me feel very welcome & explained everything to me in a way I could understand with my repairs! Happily recommend them to everyone.
This MOT centre was owned by a very genuine and honest man Barry (for those who know him). Being a female car owner you need someone like Barry you can trust and rewards your loyalty for over 6 years . Be warned. The new owners are nothing like Barry. Be warned ladies and gents. I personally will never be going back there again !
Paul, Thornton and Marie are amazing their customer service is like no other. I will only use this garage now, they are pokite, professional and very knowledgeable, they explained everything to me. My car was brought in by a recovery truck and I was a little stressed, but they took care of everything and made me feel at ease. Because of the breakdown circumstances I was concerned about further engine damage caused, however they encouraged me to bring it back after a week just to check it over and put my mind at ease again.
