A well established agency who develop and maintain good relationships with their buyers and vendors. Recent perspective, I inquired to arrange a short term let (with an eye to buying somewhere later) and Mark found me a perfect place with the option to buy it from the landlord. Rented a flat via Romans. Very good experience. I dealt with Mark P. who was friendly and informative. Won't be extensive dealings with them since flat is directly managed by owners, but the check-in experience was great. Highly recommended.
My recent experience with Romans was absolutely fantastic. I called to enquire about a house that was available to rent in Theale and I found Mark P to be fantastic to deal with! He was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient despite being very busy due to staff being on annual leave that week (not that you would have noticed because he was so good at keeping us informed and updated every step of the way).
