Recently I had a water leak in my property. I reached out to Romans immediately. Katie Page from Romans was courteous polite and very helpful.She assured me the leak would be fixed. Service Request was raised with the contractor and Katie personally followed up to ensure that the issue is fixed. Thank you Katie for all the help. Really pleased !!
Jordan and Jake were instrumental in getting my house over the line in a long drawn out buying process, I chose Romans as they were only 50 metres away, but the house was well marketed and I felt well cared for and reassured all the way through and I am really glad I chose them and will 100% use them again when the time comes to sell again.
