We got on touch with Joshua Mann at Romans when we had to sell my brothers house. I found him extremely helpful pointing out what options we had as the house was in very poor condition. He arranged to have auctioneer look at house as well and listening to the option we decided to go to auction. We made more than what we thought we would and all completed in a couple of months. I would highly recommend using Romans, the whole team have been great throughout the move in process, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Jake especially made sure that we understood the different deposit options and went above and beyond arranging extra viewings to accommodate our needs.
