We had an awful experience with this estate agent. After putting in an offer on a rental property, we received no communication or updates at all. Days went by with zero contact, leaving us completely in the dark. Still actually waiting a week later for an answer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from Joshua is shocking – we feel ignored and badly treated throughout the process. Renting a home is stressful enough without being left to chase basic information. Would not recommend.
