We had a really great viewing today with Saffron Willmott! She answered all of our questions in detail and all in all it was a smooth, professional and great experience.

Saffron Willmot was very friendly and easy to deal with. She was particularly helpful in providing clear information about the property, which made the whole viewing process much easier.
It was a really bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I scheduled a viewing at 11am. I got them a call and said I would not be able to make it at 11am, but at 11:13am (when my bus would get there). I spent £15 and they said the agent WOULDN’T be there for more than 10min. What? It doesn’t make sense. Which viewing would take less than 10min, even if I got there 11 o’clock. Really bad service and no empathy with the other who cancel their work day to viewing the house.
