Its a pleasure dealing with Romans. My purchase was an unusual one as i was buying from a company . Katie explained the process so well and was prompt coming back with my questions. Romans offer lots of extra services, we took there recommended advice of a surveyor and are pleased with the sale so far .

I recently moved out of a rental property managed by Romans after the end of a longterm relationship. On the more negative side, their accounts system didn't seem well equipped to deal with residents changing at a property mid tenancy- my ex kept on receiving automated messages from an automated system for months after they were removed from our rental contract. I want to thank Romans and especially Jay Fennell who sold our house, getting us over the asking price and helping us find our ideal bungalow. This was our first move in 40 years but Jay held our hand and guided us through the process with a smile on his face. He couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Jay! We chose Romans to sell our house, after meeting Ben Plowman. He is a very pleasant person to deal with. We liked his approach & had very good ideas regarding the property. Must also mention Charlotte, as she has been on hand, when needed. Always very polite, when dealing with her. I will have no hesitation on using Romans & Ben in the future.
