I have been without a working shower for more than three and a half months in a property managed by Romans Windsor. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, my emails and calls have mostly gone unanswered, and there has been no resolution. This has caused huge inconvenience, and the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service.
I Contacted Romans to get a home and the process though tedious, ended up being the best decision I made this year. Carly Burke who was my point person was super helpful every step of the way!!! I have already shared their details with a friend who is looking for a home.

Cannot recommend Romans enough. Millie must have shown my husband and I around about 20 houses over the last few months. She was incredibly patient answering our questions and knowledgable about the area and local property market. We finally completed on a fab property a few weeks ago and couldn't be more thrilled.
