First time we have eaten at Macaroni Grill in several years. Moved to Birmingham two years ago. Before me bing we lived in McDonough, GA and the Macaroni Grills in our immediate area closed. Good food. Will definitely go back.
Waited 17 minutes and still no one had came to introduce themselves as our waiter, bring bread, or get our drink order. We watched other tables get seated and get food. We made eye contact with several staff. Leaving, we told a few hostesses and tgey shrugged it off.
Went with my Mom, Aunt, and Uncle to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Although we ended up not having our initial server, we ended up with a great one. Josiah and the management did everything to rectify the situation. We'll most definitely be back. The food was also delicious...
Had a work event of about 20 people that took place at this location. They staffed one waitress and a trainee of 2 days for this entire group. Generally, in these situations, water glasses and pitchers would be on the tables as people started arriving. Shortly followed by bread and so on. We waited 45 minutes for a glass of water and drinks ordered from the bar. After about an hour, bread started coming out sporadically. The entire process was nothing short of chaos. We had an awesome waitress who took great care of us! Plus our food was fantastic! It made great for a birthday lunch. We will definitely return as long as they keep up the great service and food!
