The food was great but our waiter was even better! He was a really nice older guy. He was very attentive and extremely polite. Made it feel like an almost perfect dining experience. The guy definitely deserves a tremendous raise or bonus. Thanks dude!

The food and service was great. The only exception was getting seated and the minestrone soup. The hostess seated us without silverware and all of the plates on the table had smeared handprints from a child and had to he replaced. Salt and pepper was also poured across the table. There was an un-bussed table nearby and it appeared the people allowed their little angel to play on and soil the table next to theirs. Had a meeting lunch here. Sonia our waitress was awesome. Service was stellar. Manager Julie was very accommodating with setting up our meeting space. Will be back !

First time eating there and the food was amazing. Loved our waiter who made our experience even better. He sang happy birthday to my daughter in Italian all by himself.

We just had a terrific lunch! The food was delicious and our waitress, Kelly, was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed, but she also caught on to our rather sarcastic sense of humor, and had some very 'punny' come backs. We really enjoyed ourselves!

DON’T WASTE YOUR $$! I now remember why I don’t visit your establishment anymore. Grub Hub delivered the meal quickly but that was about the best part. The fried artichokes were mushy. The chopped salad looked to be a child’s portion. I requested no pepperoni or chicken and add sun dried tomatoes if possible. Apparently no one read the note. My review of Romano's Macaroni Grill... I'm freezing. My waiter never cracked a smile. We were never offered bread. (I asked for it when I received my dinner) Starter salad or soup is $2.50 extra now, doesn't come with your dinner. My dinner serving was TINY and it tasted "just ok". The bread wasn't good. Lee's glass was never refilled (not even once). My bill was $40 plus tip. I won't be back..ever.. Keep in mind I am generally happy to overlook a ton!!
