Service is terrible food was cold returned to kitchen came back the same way not any hotter, my wife’s was the same but she ate it. Will not ever return, to many other places in the area to eat.

Slow service! The restaraunt was not very well kept. Our glasses were dirty when we arrived to the table, the floor was filthy and needed to be swept/mopped and the bathroom was not well kept either.

Spent an hour tonight waiting on a table in an empty restaurant because they didn’t have staffing. Chicken Marsala with mushroom sauce came out cold with zero mushrooms. The service was fine, but I’m pretty sure your management is lacking. No visit from then when we sent back 2 dishes. Won’t be returning ever.

Affordable and adorable. Cozy and romantic, it feels intimate despite being open. The service was great. Attentive server, quick yummy food. Even a manager asked us how it was before we left. The different twist on a classic mule was worth the trip alone. Would totally visit again.

From the minute you walk through the door you feel so welcomed. I personally like eating at the bar and the bartender is very informative about the menu and will help in any way! So, in ending I reccomend on the menu anything that suits your fancy! In ending, I have been coming to Romano's Macaroni Grill at the Summit since it's been opened and definitely recomend it!

I had a great experience tonight! My server Kelly was very attentive without being overbearing. The manager stopped by and was genuinely interested in my experience. The chicken scalopine smelled so good I didn't take a picture!

Friday night, only about 30 people in the whole restaurant and we are seated at the bar area. The hostess was rude, throwing our menus on the table with response. Then after waiting 15 minutes to place a drink order, the bartender yells from behind the bar asking what we needed. We waiting another 15 minutes for the drinks and to order food. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The hostess had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in the door. Without saying a word and in spite of a mostly empty dining room, she took us to an over crowed bar area where she tossed all three menus onto the table and just walked away without saying a word.
