They were fantastic! We just moved today - David (and George who was helping) rocked up bang on time packed up the van super speedy but very carefully. They even did an extra trip (we were just moving a mile away) to secure the Tv and fridge properly and keep everything protected. They were super chill about helping get things in the attic, and the odd parking access at the new place! And David was very responsive over email. Would definitely recommend!
