I have been with Roman City for a little over a year now in their student properties and so far I have had nothing other than great experiences. As an international student housing can be stressful however Roman city has been great throughout. Paula, Chloe and a Marle have specifically been assisting me and I couldn’t recommend them more. Extremely unprofessional and rude!
Unprofessional! Throughout the entire tenancy they were extremely slow to sort out issues and email responses were rude and unprofessional. At the end of the tenancy they tried to claim money for stains on the underside of the mattress which were clearly already there prior to to our move in
Amazing service, was under a lot of time pressure to find a two bed student house, and Roman City pulled through. A special mention to Paula, she was so lovely and amazing, answered all the questions we had. Looking forward to moving into our new home. Thank you so much!
