Great Service, a night time repair, Dan the engineer was outstanding, with me in under an hour. His first words were don't worry, I can sort that, and he did. A credit to his team, cant thank him and Roller Shutter Services enough. :-)

Had an issue with a roller shutter that appeared to be broken and completely non operable. Called, asked to send photos, and then got a call from Garry who talked me through how to fix the problem completely avoiding an engineer call out! Will definitely be contacting again when I need a service as thoroughly impressed by the service received!

Beware of unexpected costs when dealing with this company. While their engineers are reputedly trained to a high standard, Roller Shutter Services Ltd fails to take responsibility for issues that arise. It's imperative to keep a close eye on proceedings and carefully review all worksheets before signing. I advise potential customers to read other reviews before considering this company.
