Prompt service and efficient installation
After the surveyor had measured up, there was no hard sell. A day or so later a cost for the work was provided. When I contacted them to confirm I wanted the job to go ahead I was given a date which the company stuck to. The installer was very courteous and did a fantastic job, with no mess whatsoever, and took away the old garage door and associated debris. The product is of very high quality.
It was an easy decision to go with Access & Security Systems, rather than the two other quotations I received, as their excellent service and quality stood out from the outset. Everything, from my initial contact with Sales (Martin), their office administration (Kim & Leanne), and their fitters who completed the work, was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. I used Roller Garage Doors ltd at the recommendation of a friend. I knew I wanted a secure, insulated door, and a roller door was likely the best in terms of space efficiency. One quick phone call with appropriate measurements got an approximate quote, within a week the survey was complete and order placed. The installation crew arrived promptly, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and expected time frame. They worked diligently and their work was of high quality. We had a full review of the work they had carried out and a demonstration of how to operate the garage along with some maintenance advice. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.
