This has got to be the worst solicitors practice I’ve ever come across. My father in law had a trust written up by them, sadly he passed away last year. My wife has been trying to get a progress update from them for the last 3 weeks without success, not once have they returned her numerous calls or emails. With customer service like this you only think that they wrote the trust up from the goodness of their hearts and didn’t charge any fees for doing the work.
