Have been with Rogue Federal for almost 10 years and never had an issue. They've always taken great care of us. We were recently on vacation with no access to internet or a computer and a very large amount of money was charged to our credit card at an online retailer. They stopped two of the charges but one made it through. I have never registered my card with the verified by Visa system but RF says I did. Rogue is nothing but a bunch of liars! Not working with us on our vehicle loan! Constantly harassing us with phone calls! Trying to get our payments lowered is like pulling teeth with them! My wife is disabled and can't work and with my current employment I can barely make ends meet! And they still want a full 500 payment! Next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Also have to go to Walmart to get a money order to make payments because they say we don't have an account with them! I was in the E.P branch using ATM, I received a call before I was even our of the parking lot that I left my card in the machine, OUTSTANDING customer service! LOVE YOU GUYS!
