Couldn’t open a bank about with them because all the bills and paystubs I had weren’t good enough. Rude customer service and could they could care less if I banked with them or not. Quit Wells Fargo and looking for a new bank.. and this is definitely not the one.
Have whoever answers the phone to be more professional and listen to the customer before shutting me down. Worst customer service.......

They closed a pleasantly human branch traditional to Harbor, forcing account holders into the robotic, badly positioned and thoroughly unpleasant main branch in downtown Brookings. The corporate Medford bank's manager said it would have been "Fiscally irresponsible" to keep the human branch open
