they have refused to let me speak to manager...they made an agreement with me on my loan and then told me that offer no longer valid because person who made deal no longer worked there...terrible customer service

RecommendedI love most things about Rogue. However I think that it is a bad idea to do a websight update on the weekend when there is no way to contact the credit union. If I'm trying to check a balance on Sunday but the site is down and the branch is closed then I'm pretty stuck.
