Paid off loan last week asked if my auto pay would be stopped, yes there is nothing to be taken out anymore, guess what happened yesterday they took the damn payment out some bank cant even get cancel my payment for the loan I PAYED OFF!! never again will I go them for anything!

Have been with Rogue Federal for almost 10 years and never had an issue. They've always taken great care of us. We were recently on vacation with no access to internet or a computer and a very large amount of money was charged to our credit card at an online retailer. They stopped two of the charges but one made it through. I have never registered my card with the verified by Visa system but RF says I did.
