RFCU is great! We have a car loan which has a really low interest rate and my daughter just opened a Money Mammals account. The money mammals is a cool program and made my daughter very excited about saving! There's also a fun coin counting machine that my daughter and I really enjoyed using!
Their online banking system has been down for the past 2 days. Meaning no bills can get paid. Called and all they could say is that there's no timeline and sorry of the bills that are going to charge us a fee for being a day or a couple days late. Usually loved using their user friendly bill pay option but this was a huge FAIL that we now have to pay for. Not very happy at all and didn't feel any reassurance when I called the help line.
Love this bank, but don't know what is up with the mobile app, but it's not working. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times over the past week and it won't open, completely useless and very frustrating. ☹

I drive 30 minutes just to bank with them. I have plenty of choices in my town but non like rouge. Great bank and great people.

I love this bank. For years my best friend who is an employee has been telling me how great they are. This bank is truly for the people, they helped me get a car loan when I thought it wasn't possible. I'm incredibly happy with all my experiences and my free checking account! Very personable professional staff in all locations. This is my bank I'll be sticking with them for years to come!
Do not get a loan with them!! I am having the worst experience with my car loan right now, they added 2000+ for something that was not my fault. I talked to the manager that told me I was going to get that money back last week and I still don't have it. He keeps giving me poor excuses and telling me that my money will be there this week. I got poor answers about my case all around. I can't wait until I pay them off to stay far away from them
