My check book was stolen and I was defrauded out of $6,200.00 right at Christmas time. As a family man with four kids at home our lives have been devastated. After talking with Local Branch managers, and two Vice Presidents of the company I am appalled to inform you that they have done nothing but the legal minimum to help us recoup our losses.
If I could put 0 stars if I could. I have been with them for over 3 years. They are rude and unhelpful when you need to call about an issue in your account. I have had various issues with them charging me fees when I clearly had enough money to cover my charges and they do nothing about it!! Cancelling my account and would not recommend them to anyone!!
I've been banking with them since I was 16, and they've always been great
