They lie and sucker people into getting accounts with them and then go back on their word. Used the electronic deposit from the phone and was told it would be in between 10-11 am but it won't deposit until 445 pm. They said when we signed up that it was just like walking in the branch, it would deposit the same. NO! Don't get sucked in with their lies and then find out the hard way that don't give what they say.

We had our Jeep loan through them. After we paid it off they never sent our title. So I had to call them so they would. Then they didn’t send the needed paperwork to the Oregon dmv and we had to go through a whole process so that our title wouldn’t be canceled. I would never have another loan through them.
I am so happy with our RCU' here in Central point. They bend over backwards to help me with all my banking needs and more. They are a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Always great you with a smiling face. I needed something faxed and the teller said she could do that for me because I don't have anyway to fax. Thank you RCU, for great service and for being a friendly face in times of stress. The Eggers
