This place has gone downhill since they took the tellers out of the window (Klamath falls). They’ve taken the convenience out of banking. Now, trying to log into my account and their website doesn’t have an area for your credentials anymore. REALLY?!?! ANYWHERE has to be better than this place. Will find out Monday morning.
definitely not, they denied me a loan after I already have two loans thru them because I had a repossession, there is no such repossession absolutely lied about it will not trust a company that makes things up. wish I had read the reviews before doing business with them.

I took my change in all rolled and ready. Was told I had to use the change machine which is fine. I do have an account there so never thought about it charging me. I got finished and took my sip up to teller and I went .72 over the $300. Dollar limit and they charged me $15.00!!!!!!!
