Absolutely the worst phone customer service I have experienced. After calling at least 5 times my issued of having my credit score affected negatively because my account number was entered wrong in their system from where my monthly payments were going to be taken automatically, it had the last number missing and my payment was late. The clerks at the Rogue Cu on Dahlia street in Klamath Falls are extremely rude and condescending . I was treated very poorly here. They made it clear that they do not value the time or business of their members. From management down they were unprofessional,unapologetic and nonchalant about the inconvenience that occurred due to a bank computer system malfunction at their locations ATM. Bring back the drive up teller option. It doesn't make sense, especially with COVID to make everyone go inside for services. I spoke to a teller about it and they said there wasn't enough interest in the drive through to warrant having it available. I definitely utilize the service at least once a week, so that doesn't seem right.
These guys ROCK. I’ve never had a problem banking with them. Today I commented on one of their fb posts that I really needed to speak to them to access funds during the Almeda fire and they reached out via dm and in less than ten minutes I was on the phone with a rep even though they’re closed today (Sunday).
Even though they knew I was struggling to pay my auto loan due to being medically discharged from the military and unable to find a job due to this dumb pandemic they still sent me to collections and my credit has taken a huge hit. I’ve only been late “by accident” one other time over a year ago. Thanks a lot rogue. The ONLY business to not help me out during this hard time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
These people are a nightmare. They let me take out a huge auto loan as a 19 year old. I will take responsibility for that. I tried everything on this earth to get out of it. They wouldn't approve anyone I brought in to take over my auto loan. I brought in atleast ten people. they would approve me at 19 though for some reason.
