Everyone is so friendly when we go in, only had this bank about 6 months and have received excellent service each time. I am very glad we switched!

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Payette branch. 2 years been going there, I have never had a pleasant experience.
I do like this CU and I have never had a problem. It just seems to take a bit of time to get hard checks cleared when deposited through the ATM on a Friday evening after work. Still waiting and it's Monday afternoon.
