Made complint mess on first day dust everywhere they never opend the window didnt know what was going on. They was late then one of them went to go and do fri paper work i had to carry all there gear in that was going to be fitted. Also made dint in new floor. Didnt seem botherd about it 2nd day dints in door scratch on washer. Sink left dirty. Home visit to check boilers etc. Thank you Jo; an extremely kind and caring professional. I have severe PTSD and memory loss from brain surgery so I didn’t recognise him from his last visit. He however remembered me and asked if I’d be ok with my PTSD and loud noises etc. I have problems with my shoulder and back but he moved things himself so he could get to the areas needed. It’s these things in life that count.
