My 81 year old mother was treated for liver cancer. She was sent home after painful procedure. I told Dr she was not in in right state of mind and there were signs something wasn't right. Prescription could not be filled due to expired DEA # twice!! Only to be rushed back in rescue with serve pain, fever and high ammonia levels in the morning. Kept in ER for about 7 1/2 hours with no food or drink. She's also a diabetic. I was told Dr and nurses were busy with critical patient. Guess they can only handle 1 emergency at a tim... read more
The service was good the nurses were very nice I'm happy let's see when I have surgery lolol
I was there yesterday with my mother for her surgery and wasn't impressed at all. My mother requires assistance when it comes to making decisions and we were told we couldnt go back to the pre surgery room with her where they kept her for almost 1 1/2 hours alone because they were running late and never told us while we waited. So her 1-2 hour surgery took almost 4 hours with no update from anyone in the surgical area. Not happy at all.
The care my dad received before and after his surgery was wonderful and the care my step-mom received for her procedure two days later was great. Even for the family members, all the staff, nurses and people in the cafeteria were all wonderful. Thank you all for making this a good week.
