Dear Sir, Does your hospital have a medical facility for ear problems?
I was just there around 1:45 in the emergency room to support a friend. I just walked out and I still didn’t get checked in neither did the two people who were there before me, nor did the two people behind me, get any recognition from the staff. We were told to wait for a nurse, they didn’t tell us that it would take almost an hour to see anyone . Mind you this is an emergency room. Never had I experienced this at any other emergency room. I will never go to that hospital again.
