RecommendedHad a colonoscopy today. Everyone was great. Top notch.
They are usually good with the short wait time in their ER but guess that doesn’t apply in 2020. I went in at 8:30 by 9 still hasn’t been checked in so I left. I thought I’d be okay to wait until the next morning. Went back 5 hours later. The same people who were there where I had gone earlier were still waiting and it was less than 10 people! I go on their website and it’s says no wait time to be seen in their ER.
If you get a bill from them call your insurance company first. my issue is they sent me a bill for $600 . I had surgery on the 19th the bill was dated on the 21st when I received it it didn’t look right so I called them it was a typed bill with handwritten prices in it I questioned her and she said that’s what the insurance company told them to charge me I called the insurance company and they received the claim on the 24th, all my out-of-pocket expenses were met in June so basically if I didn’t pay attention to it and paid ... read more
3rd time ive been in this restroom and its still a mess. its the only one they will allow me to go in so i have no other choice...i told someone it looked like this at about 1030pm btw
Literally the scariest and worst place on earth. If your loved one is in a nursing home or assisted living facility in RI, please be sure to demand that if they need emergency medical care, they should NOT be sent to this hospital or Fattima. My father was treated so badly we almost lost him. The staff, doctors and nurse, are the most ignorant, rude, incompetent people I have ever encountered. This hospital should be shut down!
Doctors that you’ve never met and are told you’re not allowed to talk to decide your fate and whether you can leave or not. 8hours after coming in by ambulance you finally meet someone and that person believes you should go home but they don’t get to make that decision even though they have met you and spoken with you and your partner. Don’t try to speak to the staff or they’ll just medicate your so you sleep and leave them alone.
