My husband had skin cancer removed from his ear there yesterday. That skin care unit is amazing - the doctors were phenomenal both with skills & compassion for their patients & family members. The reception desk was also great!!!
Excellent staff... I got admitted for surgery and everything went smooth, from the time I got there, until it was done. Great job !!!
I just had out patient surgery there ..the staff was awesome treated me so nice..I would highly recommend Roger Williams �
Roger Williams cancer center is Awesome....everyone that works there are FABULOUS. ...the ER..well when you 1st come in the reception is not good at. When you bring someone in with complaining of chest pains I don't belive they should be told to go sit in the waiting area after they get your name. Gee do people remember what happened at Kent Hospital with James woods brother.....
The staff in the ER were excellent! The nurses on the floor were kind and sincere. My only complaint is the doctors don't like to respond. I was told I had a kidney stone that was poisoning my system and then told I was about to be operated on then I was put in a room with no answers. I wasn't sure if I should get a second opinion, or was this something that had to be done ASAP. I recently just transferred jobs and my medical does not kick in until January 1. Everybody was very nice. Everything went very well. I'm still alive. And concedering I just had emergency surgery I feel pretty good today. The staff was great!
