First of all my mom is a patient of RIH but we got referred here . She did here chemotherapy in the BMT and our experienced was absolutely very good. However after my mom went home and do the clinic visit in the infusion turns out to be very horrible experienced. Only 2 nurses here seems like understaff, no system,And their joggling around doing stuffs and another...My stress level is going up every time i visit the clinic coz i always freak out of what time we will be out/finish coz i have two kids to take care off. Ridiculous people... Bf had excruciating pain from teeth removal and they whined they couldnt give him anything.. not even ibuprofen?? Never again. Staff is rude.
I have been here with my daughter since 2:30, customer service goes a long way, checking on someone frequently would be nice, they just leave you feeling like your not important, the lady that checked her in seemed like she had a continuous bad day since birth, I realize it is tough being an ER nurse, doc, pa or cna and they get more serious patients, people come here because they feel sick, but smile and check on patients, especially if they are in a lot of pain. My first time in the ER here.
Had my Gastric sleeve with Dr Pohl !The nursing staff and the cna's and everyone from the fourth floor to the edg department are the best staff in the world. The best care anyone can ask for.
Thank you to the nurses in the ER...explained everything, very understanding.....took the time to listen...☺
