Lazy estate agents. They did a drop of a load of flyers in our area, and this particular estate agent decided to leap over our garden, kicking our plants in the process, all because he couldn’t be bothered to walk the two steps to go around. Entirely unimpressed and doesn’t bode well for caring about people’s properties.
I was recommended by my friend to use Daniel Appleby to help me with my mortgage for my first home. He’s been nothing but amazing, and so helpful throughout the whole process. Terrible estate agents. I would highly advise everyone not to use their services to let or sell their homes. Very highly unprofessional and always giving you the run around. Never a straight forward process with these guys and they only want to benefit them selves.
Both Alex and Sahil were great when it came to selling my house. They took care of everything from the overall marketing strategy through to viewings and feedback.
