I fit all criteria, filled in the pre screening form via email & was told the house had already gone ( within a week) yet remained on the site for weeks & my friend made an enquiry & was told its available. Strange .
I invited Roe & Co to value my house after reading many positive reviews and seeing their awards. Having met both Sue and Kate it is clear how they've achieved them. Both are very personable and are clearly passionate about their job. The house advertisement was impressive generating immediate interest, and their knowledge and advice throughout the process was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, especially when i needed some extra help and reassurance. I can't recommend Roe & Co highly enough.
