Andy is always helpful and flexible in maintaining my bike. I bought a Cinelli here and have had it maintained by Andy. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
I went in for a innertube a little while ago, the guy was super friendly and helpfull. Customer service is a 10/10. They man knows his stuff.
Took my bike here on the back end of a recommendation to have a loud squeak with the breaks rectified and the handlebar tapes reset. Cost £65 - within weeks the tapes came off again and the squeak still remains.
Andy services my Specialise electric cycle, and it's never run so good - even from new! Well done Andy - great job I highly recommend having your cycle serviced at Rode Cycles
Incompetent owner could barely pull him self away from chatting to friends to help, to then only offer inaccurate and unhelpful advice I can only imagine to get back to doing naff all quicker, would not visit again and would not recommend to anyone who wants someone who cares about their work and their customers to visit this business
