What a frigging joke - took jeep there for recall work . I was told jeep needed rear end for 3600$ . I just upgraded rear end with in the year with higher gears etc but Rocky Top was going to put stock back in without checking front . Told them to put back together as they found it so I could get to my shop in which it showed up with 9/10 bolts missing ring gears missing. General manger laughs and claims they never took rear cover off. But they diagnosed a 3600$ rear end without taking over rear diff???
RecommendedWe were traveling from Michigan, here on a family vacation, when our Dodge Durango ran into some issues.
